Terms of Use

Catontech Management Systems LLC · Version 2026-10-20

These terms apply to everyone who signs up for or signs in to OnTimeLMS, the Team Portal or Expositus (expositus.net), provided by Catontech Management Systems LLC ("Catontech", "we") for your employer, gym, apartment or office building, or other organization (your "Organization"). By selecting I agree, or by signing up, you accept them. If you do not agree, you may not use the software. Your Organization's own rules also apply to you.

1. Your account

Use only your own account and keep your password, codes and QR or barcode to yourself. Do not let anyone else use them. Tell your Organization straight away if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

2. Use it properly

Use the software only for its intended purpose with your Organization: recording your time, viewing your schedule, pay and requests, signing up for and managing your membership or access, and entering where you are allowed to. Do not record time for someone else, share door access, enter false information, try to reach information or doors you are not allowed to, interfere with or overload the software, or use it unlawfully.

3. Signing up online

When you sign up on an Organization's form, the information you give must be true and your own, and you must be 18 or older or have a parent or guardian sign for you. Add other people, such as members of your household, only if you are allowed to give their information and to sign them up. The plan, price, contract and rules you agree to are the Organization's.

4. Electronic signatures and records

You agree to sign and receive documents electronically. Signing on screen, typing your name or selecting I agree has the same effect as signing on paper. What you agreed to, which version, and when, are kept with your signature; you can read them in My account on expositus.net and they are emailed to you when you sign up. You may ask your Organization for a paper copy.

5. Payments

Your membership, lease or other agreement, and any payment for it, are between you and your Organization. Catontech provides the software and is not a party to that agreement. Card payments taken online are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms; Catontech does not receive or keep your full card number. Refunds and cancellations follow the Organization's own policy, shown on its sign-up form.

6. Ownership

The software, its design and the names OnTimeLMS™ and Expositus™ belong to Catontech. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or decompile any part of it, including the software on door controllers and tablets, or use it to build a competing product.

7. Your information

Your Organization decides what information about you is kept in the software and how it is used; ask it about its own practices. Catontech handles that information for your Organization, to run, secure and support the software, and as the law requires. Door scans, time punches, sign-ins and the device and network details they come from are recorded for security and for your Organization's records. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

8. Availability

We work to keep the software running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors, and doors and clocks may not work during power, network or equipment failures. To the extent the law allows, the software is provided "as is", and Catontech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

9. Ending access

Your access may be suspended or ended by your Organization or by us if these terms are broken, or when your relationship with your Organization ends.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; you will be asked to accept the new version when you next sign in. They are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Questions: support@catontech.com.
